During Base-Training, if HRV is going up and resting HR is going down, IMO is that the process is going well. In 2-3 weeks a blood test will tell us the whole picture. #hrv4training

@CoachFergie @cparrett89 @StephenSeiler Yes sir, here is a predictive algorithm for you. A performance athlete that cannot bring themselves to do a test / max effort for longer 20 minutes has a 98%+ chance of event / career failure!

@cparrett89 @StephenSeiler I see the challenge more as waaay too many cheap and nasty FTP tests out there leading to vanity FTP's. People are too lazy to do a proper 30-60min effort, and don't like seeing their FTP drop based on a well fed pd curve.
