I rem how I stumbled across an article recently how some Social Club in NYC (Brooklyn, if I rem correctly) has a 90K sqft of space for their members. That's like Wowsers. Unbelievable. ideally, i'd love to make HOP (House of Pause) bigger but i'm afraid i'm only capped at 4,500 sqft as the highest i could push it, at this point. i mean, i suppose if i ever won the lottery i could double the size of it all. Right now, I downsized the public space to 1500 sqft and members' realm into 3000 sqft. it's gonna be super tough to squeeze everything in that I want to offer, but this will have to do. I'm just incredibly grateful there's AI such as @grok and @Copilot around to help me during the pre-planning stages in imagining these tentative spaces. Pictured is a Pod I have my heart set on placing in the Members wing; a 10-hour max reservation stay for those in-between moments for members to recharge. I absolutely love the dreamy vibe of this room. It's so girlie, and so not like the other spaces found at HOP. I have to admit Copilot helped design this room and finish it. But... Grok did start it; and helped 100% with designing the anchor feature of the hot air balloon desk: AWESOME. And... it was Team Grok that i have to give credit for coming up with such a neat airy name for the room: AÉRIA ROSE. But, CoPilot did cleverly suggest the accent over the E.
