Well, I thought I might have one last hurrah, but that didn’t work out. So at the end of next school year, I will definitely be taking my ball (30+ years experience) and going home.

@Headteacherchat I did the nce masters in sl. Now doing an NPQH as it seems to be more widely recognised. NCE was deeper and more detailed: more research based. 🤷‍♀️

Anon post: 1. Does anyone have experience of both the NCE Senior Leadership Programme and NPQH and can offer a comparison? 2. Or is anyone happy to discuss their experiences of the NCE programme on DM? TIA
