@POTUS Cancel student loan debt across the board & you'll see that economic growth double. I'm a 1st gen college grad who thought a degree would lead 2 financial security & break the paycheck 2 paycheck cycle. I was wrong. I shouldn't be.

So, since I have to teach from my room at my building—I assume the school day hours will remain the same 7:30-2:40. This means we expect students (teens) to get up and log on for learning at 7:30am. At their house. We really could have done something different.

Well, I quit my teaching job today. It wasn’t easy. I’ve been doing this for ten years. But I was tired. Tired of negotiating my values and my humanity. Tired of saying yes when I really wanted to say no. Tired of smiling and nodding when I wanted to shake my head.
