@newobs21 i recommend things that worked for me: chew slowly, switch to smaller plates/bowls, drink lots of water. look at thinspo and repeat affirmations. u can try setting small goals at first (5k, 7k) and then gradually increase it, you’ll reach 10k steps eventually:))
