45-year-old Chad Michael Watts arrested on February 3 after he got into a fight with students who had walked out of Buda high school in Texas, to protest ICE. What doesn’t get reported much is how the students instigated the fight by attacked Watts’ truck and even kicking it.

@Buda_Police this looks like Class A Assault (TPC § 22.02) / Law of Parties (TPC § 7.02) against all—there was clear assistance, direction, and verbal encouragement by the mob. The subject on the ground was clearly assaulted by assailants who held him down, choked, and struck him.
