It looks like they might have hidden my comments but no worries I have pinned to my profile to ensure this isn’t lost and tbh I’ll just keep copying onto new posts until it’s resolved because if your team is happy to waste my time I can happily return the favour 😘

I said why would I use a gift card for Halfords I only bought as a deposit but was basically told tough… 3 months later my car key needs a new battery so thought well rather than waste the money they’ve falsely sold I’ll use this… cashier tells me they’ve frozen it!!!

Do NOT use @Halfords_uk they are liars and con men!!! They sell you products you cannot use then refuse to refund after already agreeing a refund!!!!
