Most young swimmers rising through the ranks in the sport probably have seen our guest’s name in the record books, Chas Morton set more than 100 national age group records and can still say after nearly 40 years that he still a national age group record holder.

Our guest today is a legend in swimming history. He won 10 Olympic medals, five of which were gold. He was a world and American record holder, a national champion and has become the poster child for excelling while dealing with diabetes. Welcome @garyhalljr Link in bio!!

So after my interview got published yesterday with @jeffswim & @mollyxharmon from @teamcutx, dad messages me and says it think I coached Jeff back in 1997 whilst in San Diego’. Turns out he’s right. Jeff on the left and dad on the right of the photo. How weird is that!!
