I was accepted into Fiverr Pro, and everything was fine—until suddenly, after 3 years, my Pro badge was removed without any explanation, even though I never violated any Fiverr policy. I reached out to support, and one of your team members admitted it was removed by mistake and said it would be restored. But it has still not been reinstated. For the past month I’ve been emailing and messaging repeatedly. My tickets keep getting closed without answers. Some support members have even responded disrespectfully. I’m not receiving any proper help or clarification. I’ve worked hard to maintain my reputation on Fiverr. Thank you for the response. I have been continuously trying to communicate with your support team, but they are not replying to me. My tickets are being closed without any proper answer, and this has been happening for the past two months. I am under constant stress and pressure because of this situation. I only want one simple thing: please restore the Pro badge that was removed from my account by mistake. I worked very hard, passed the required tests, and earned that Pro badge directly from Fiverr. If the badge was going to be removed for no reason, then I should not have been accepted as a Pro seller in the first place. I respectfully request that you return my Pro badge to my account.

I have been working on Fiverr since 2020, and everything was going smoothly. Based on my performance and the quality of my work, I applied for the Fiverr Pro program, submitted all the required information, and after review, Fiverr approved and verified me as a Pro seller. For years, I delivered high-quality work as a Pro seller without any issues. However, in 2025, Fiverr suddenly removed the Pro badge from my account without giving me any explanation. I immediately contacted Fiverr support. They replied that the badge was removed by mistake and assured me it would be restored soon. But nothing was restored. A few hours later, I followed up again, and another team member confirmed that I was still a Pro seller and they would restore the badge. Unfortunately, they did not. I kept emailing Fiverr support, but I received no further response. After a week, I got a warning email stating that if I contacted them again about this issue, they would block my account. This is extremely unfair and discouraging. I have done nothing wrong, and yet I am being treated this way. I have attached screenshots where Fiverr support clearly stated that I am still a Pro seller and the badge would be restored. I have worked hard to build my reputation on this platform, and this situation has seriously affected my trust in Fiverr. I kindly request Fiverr to review my case fairly and restore my Pro badge as promised. I deserve transparency and a fair resolution. @fiverr @FiverrSupport
