Loved seeing the front page story about my niece & brother’s curling success in the @LacombeExpress last week. Congrats @teamwhitbread. In the same paper - I’m on page 11. This doesn’t bode well for bragging rights at family dinner. 😉 💛

We qualified for the 2024 U18 Optimist Provincials in Sylvan Lake in January!! After a solid two games, we qualified out of the “A” division! Thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible! Sponsors, Family, Friends, Umpires, Volunteers and Organizers, we appreciate you!

We won our first game and are into the A qualifier at 1pm!

We have a fun weekend ahead starting Saturday at 9am in the Okotoks U18 provincial qualifiers!
This event follows a triple knockout format, where 3 teams will secure their spots in provincials taking place in January.

We are 4-0 and have earned the bye to the semis at the Alberta Curling Series women’s event tomorrow at noon!! We had a chance to play some mini golf and stop by Olive Garden to end the night! Thank you family, friends and sponsors, your support means the world to us!

We are playing in the Beaumont ACS Women’s ‘spiel this weekend, and have had a great start so far. Sitting at 2-0 after day 1 and back at it tomorrow at 11am for game 3!!
