MATCHING CHALLENGE TRANSPARENCY REPORT

Hello everyone! This is the new admin of TXO. We have a few things to address, and we sincerely ask for your patience and time as we work through the concerns that have been brought to our attention.
When we started our donation drive last April 28, we released a pubmat stating that the format would be a matching challenge This implied that a generous donor would match donations on a 1:1 basis, depending on the amount raised. However, we mistakenly indicated a cap of 10,000, when in fact the donor’s pledge had a cap of 5,000. This means that the donations we were to accept from the public should have totaled close to, or at least equal to, the capped amount. Only then, when combined with the donor’s pledge, would the total reach 10,000.
With this, we would like to disclose that the pledged 5,000 came from Xonara Hong Kong (@xonarahk), specifically intended to fund the planned bouquet for the members.
Within one day of launching the drive (April 28, 2026), we were able to collect 4,943.78. We then notified Xonara Hong Kong, and they transferred the pledged amount accordingly.
However, we were not able to officially close the donation drive, and additional funds continued to come in. From April 29 to May 3, we received an additional 6,306.16, including donations from Xonara Finland (@xonarasuomi). Furthermore, on May 3, another fanbase (@xnrdominiquehq) generously donated 4,162.26.
When it was brought to our attention that we had failed to close the drive, we immediately reviewed our accounts and posted a partial transparency report, albeit without the approval of all admins and participating fanbases.
At this point, we would like to formally conclude the drive and report that our matching challenge has reached a final total of 20,412.20.
These funds will primarily be used for the bouquets we will give to each member, with a large portion allocated for a beverage cart for fans, pending approval from 1Z Entertainment. Any remaining funds will be carried over to future projects.
We deeply apologize for the miscommunication, as well as the lack of clarity throughout this process. We also sincerely apologize for the irresponsible and hasty reporting related to this fundraising effort. We hope to regain your trust moving forward.
Finally, we would like to share that we have temporarily rebranded to Team Xonara Outpost as we work to redefine our identity among other fanbases.
Moving forward, we commit to being more responsible, more transparent, and more present in all the projects we undertake. Communication and trust are key—this experience has reinforced that for us, and we are committed to upholding these values among our admins, moderators, and members.
We truly appreciate the enthusiasm, support, and understanding from Xonara fans, A’tin, and non-A’tin supporters alike toward this initiative.
