Crazy that in 2026 most RE analysts still:
1. Get a 200-page OM
2. Copy-paste for 4–6 hours
3. Break the waterfall
4. Get a late-night “quick change” request
5. Fight circular references until midnight
Meanwhile, big firms automate all of this internally.
