Ola services issues are highly exaggerated. All the EV companies are taking a minimum of 20- 30 days time for servicing. Yes, being the first entrance in this sector they are at a disadvantage. Things will be sorted out within 6 months. It is only the company which has backward integration.

My Theory about #OlaElectric Ola service centers are jam packed with service dates of 2-3 months Even in my city , the showroom doesnt have any new models while there might be over 200+ vehicles lying like junk Its market share has collapsed , revenue not growing and product quality is pathetic . My wild guess : It will be bailed out by some old player or Adani/Ambani will enter this market !!

I won’t be surprised if Ola sales drop below 10,000 this month. This clearly shows customers are not just frustrated by poor quality and service, they are vexed, avoiding it by all costs. it’s okay to spend 10-20K more or compromise on a few features than getting poor quality products and service

Both Tesla and Ola faced brutal customer-service issues in their early days: weeks-long waits for parts, endless complaints about repairs, and growing frustration among buyers. Tesla never really solved it; even today, it tightly controls who can repair its cars and restricts access to parts. Apple does the same. Ola’s move to make genuine parts openly available and let any mechanic self-train is a breakthrough in how tech companies should treat their customers. This is how you scale trust, not just production.
