@DETECTIVEVILE I went to Japan for the first time last year. I learned ‘yes’ ‘no’ ‘please’ ‘thank you’ and ‘excuse me’ (I tried to learn more but used those the most) and that did most of the legwork if you’re sticking to the big cities. If you’re polite you’ll be ok.
