All of that is to say I don't think I'll be posting here any more. I may keep reading, but I'm undecided on that.
The Mastodon setup is more my kind of thing, though.

I've not decided on the fate of this account. I've never completely decided on what my online presence should be like. The football / politics / bad jokes / assorted observations went onto the personal account. Education / technology went here.

At the weekend, I joined a #Mastodon instance. It reminded me of Twitter when I first joined in 2009.
It's very clean. No ads. No shady algorithm deciding what I want to read. Mostly positive interactions. A sense of community.
