@RomanEra0 I had no idea that 2011 AJ Styles was actually former Eagles defensive back Reid Blankenship

AJ Styles confronted Jeff Hardy backstage after TNA Victory Road 2011 D*ug Incident.
“I’ve been here for 9 years, literally k*llin myself for the company, and in one night you destroyed everything.”
AJ was pissed off on Jeff Hardy that night.

Today is 15 years since the infamous Jeff Hardy vs Sting Victory Road 2011 incident Jeff Hardy was clearly in no condition to perform. Rather than cancel the match or replace Hardy, TNA decided to put Hardy in the ring for a short match.

@phillychez6989 @AllAshworth He literally went on WIP afternoon show last year and confronted them… basically said the media twists everything so he avoids talking to them. He’s right.
English

@AllAshworth He’s said things in the past. And him not saying anything amidst all of this when he speaks his mind during the season on social media kinda tells you what you need to know about the fact that he wants out
English

I’m so sick of hearing some of the fan base trash AJ Brown without him saying a word - without him saying anything negative or actually wanting to be traded.
This is a story because YOU keep talking about it. YOU.
Not AJ.

@EaglesXsandOs Ugghhh this is brutal… sucks to think you may be right😫

I am not advocating for trading Jalen Carter, but you can make a strong case:
1) With two years of team control left on his contract, he could likely fetch two 1st round picks or a star player + pick in return
2) His trade leverage will diminish once he needs a new contract
3) The Eagles will have very little negotiating power in an extension, and he will likely get overpaid
4) His conditioning and injury could be lingering issues and when he’s out of shape or hurt, he’s barely a net positive impact (still draws doubles but also has reps where he’s a statue)
5) Trading him would create significant future cap room to get back into the FA market and extend many other players
Just as a thought exercise, what do you think?

@tomstakes @PhillyPhilly_07 @ACforMVP For the record… I was just joking with my original comment about the rankings. No one really puts Jalen (or anyone else) above Mahomes on any ranking list
English

@PhillyPhilly_07 @techse7en @ACforMVP I don’t think anybody would’ve cared if it were Jalen getting his ass beat in there lol
English

@techse7en @tomstakes Jalen hurts couldn’t hold a candle to mahomes🤣

I’ve watched this viral clip a few times and every person you watch has a different “wait what?” POV
If it wasn’t season ending it’d be comical
Nick does a confused side head nod like a dog, Tanner looks at Nick in an SOS way, Jalen flat out questions it
Fitting ending

Jalen couldn’t believe what he was hearing on the last play call.

@EliotShorrParks And you’re an idiot to think that these guys are gonna go out in the open and just blame the coaches, they have been trained since the day they left college to answer diplomatically 100% of the time.
English

My thoughts on Kevin Patullo:
** Ultimately the offense was not good enough for anyone to have complete job security. If Patullo is fired it is hard to argue against it. It is a result based business and the results were bad on offense. They need to change something and he is the easiest change to make.
** I don’t think I’ve ever covered a coach/player where the feeling inside the building is so different from the one outside the building. Fans absolutely hate Patullo. Inside the building the coaches/players really like him
** I think if you polled every player and coach in the building they would not say Patullo is the problem. They would say the players didn’t execute or play well enough. I also think Hurts would get a decent amount of votes.
** If Patullo is fired I think it will be more because of the public pressure than a true belief from the team he was the main problem. I don’t think they view him as the main problem
** The Eagles potentially firing two first-year coordinators after their first year is not a good track record for the franchise
English

@EliotShorrParks What’s interesting is all the analysts that are bashing Pattulo are the ones with real football experience, and real Xs and Os arguments. People like you who can’t see past the surface blame Hurts.
