I am neither an attorney nor a mental health professional but I do not think that Donald Trump meets the criteria of involuntary hospitalization under the Florida Baker Act. Though he is suffering from a form of mental illness I will agree, but he is not in danger of harming himself and he is able to take care of himself. And he does not seem to be a danger to others in his Immediate circle. He is not personally threatening to harm anyone unless I missed something today. Sadly stochastic terrorism is not against the law. Unless he specifically saying that someone should be put out of their misery or be done away with I don't see how he could be subject to a baker act for florida. And wouldn't he only get seventy two hours until he gets a hearing? He may be sick but I don't think this tactic would work at all. Best to wait for the prosecutors and the upcoming trials.
