@quookeruk after 3 engineer visits and the same fault appearing again on our quooker tap. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone and no one replying to DMs. It's ridiculous how difficult it is to get hold of anybody for a 'premium' product. Waiting to hear from someone!!
