@AhmadSharifzad The best way for them is to formally request Pakistan to take control of their districts and announce their merger with Pakistan; that way they can become citizens of Pakistan with full rights. Their girls will be able to attend schools& colleges

People in Barg-e-Matal and Kamdesh districts of Nuristan decided in a tribal jirga to raise their demands to Pakistan gov't, as these areas are effectively under Pakistani military control and the Taliban are unable to reclaim them. A national disgrace: the Taliban, who claim to have defeated 52 countries, cannot retake their own territory.

Afghan Minister Raises Concerns Over Pakistan Bypassing Afghanistan in New Iran–Uzbek Transit Route Speaking to Afghanistan Times, Afghanistan’s Acting Minister of Trade (Taliban administration) has said that recent reports about Pakistan’s new transit arrangement with Iran and Uzbekistan show that Pakistan is effectively bypassing Afghanistan in regional trade routes. He stated that Pakistan has now started using a new corridor through Iran to send shipments to Uzbekistan, and the first shipment has already been dispatched. According to him, this clearly shows that Pakistan is shifting trade away from Afghanistan and using Iran as an alternative route to reach Central Asia. The Afghan minister said Afghanistan used to be the main bridge between Central Asia and South Asia, but now these new routes are reducing Afghanistan’s importance in regional trade. He added that since Pakistan–Afghanistan trade was already not stable, this new development makes Afghanistan even more sidelined in transit routes. He also criticized Pakistan for choosing to bypass Afghanistan instead of using traditional regional routes, saying this weakens Afghanistan’s position in regional connectivity and trade. The statement reflects concern in Kabul that Afghanistan is being left out of major new trade corridors, and its role as a key transit country is slowly decreasing due to shifting regional trade strategies. He further added that Afghanistan is now in a difficult position because earlier hopes of trade expansion through regional partnerships were not fully successful. According to him, expected trade progress with India did not move forward properly, and similarly the trade opportunities that were expected through Iran also did not develop as planned. As a result, Afghanistan’s hopes of becoming a strong regional trade hub are weakening, and the country is being pushed into a more isolated position in regional connectivity. He ended with saying that Afghanistan sees themselves in a difficult position now.

A Pakistani Geo-strategist’s best outcome right now would be the following: 1- Round 2 of Islamabad Talks before April 21st 2026. 2- Extension of ceasefire to May end 2026 at conclusion of Round 2. 3- Wait for US-China meet to end May 15th 2026 & propose both states to be part of an “Islamabad Accord” before May end. 4- Host Presidential level 4-way meeting between US, China, Iran and Pakistan that will see the signing of a comprehensive deal (Islamabad Accords). Such an accord would pave the way not just for US-Iran peace, but perhaps even amicably end the expected Taiwan merger into Chinese mainland. Non-kinetic end to 2 of the biggest triggers that have the potential to ignite WW3.

Now even India Today is indulging in this diatribe. Despite public reports that the Aga Khan is not charging, sections of Indian media continue to peddle lies. Is this a failure of editorial judgment, or Pakistan hate make any negative story (true or false) irresistible?

Reports have raised questions over whether Pakistan failed to clear dues at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad after hosting US-Iran talks on April 11. Intelligence sources claim the hotel owner may have stepped in to settle payments, sparking debate over Pakistan’s financial management during the high-profile diplomatic event. #IndiaTodayGlobal #Pakistan #USIranTalks #Islamabad #SerenaHotel #Geopolitics

This probably means that Trump himself is coming to Pakistan. Seems like a pre-emptive call to Modi before a possible trip to Islamabad. If that happens, a peace deal would likely be agreed in-principle even before his arrival. And Trump definitely would want to announce that himself.

🚨🇮🇱🇱🇧 Israel and Lebanon are talking directly in Washington right now. First time since 1983. Rubio is in the room. Two ambassadors who've never sat across from each other are sitting across from each other. 43 years of no contact, a live war, and somehow this meeting is happening anyway. Let's go! @officialrnintel

🇱🇧🇮🇱 Hezbollah just released footage of an FPV drone hitting an Israeli Humvee directly.
