For years, but especially since Trump’s first term, U.S. policy toward Iran has centered on economic warfare that devastated ordinary people. Millions were pushed from the middle class into poverty. Sanctions played a major role in medicine shortages and causing many needless deaths.
In response, Iran built up a domestic pharmaceutical industry to meet the medical needs of its population.
Now those facilities are being bombed.
And some would have us believe this war is for the Iranian people!
