@lolitajohnadams Honestly I’m gonna sit with her next week and see if there’s SOMETHING I can do at this point I’m hoping talking in person might make it less of a whole thing It’s frustrating because she’s not the only one I’ve had this problem with and they’re all college grads 😩

@teeholding My mom used to volunteer for remedial adult reading programs & this one lady she taught cried how mean she was by continuing to drill her & tell her she was wrong, but everyone else in her life had been doing her the disservice of refusing to ask more of her b/c she was nice

For the record she has gotten other training resources but the issue is that she either doesn’t listen / doesn’t ask clarifying questions and cannot construct basic sentences like I Truly do not know what to do at this point

I feel bad because she’s very nice but she lacks extremely basic grammar ability and doesn’t do the job well and when I tell My bosses about it they seem to think it’s something I can fix with training…idk how to teach a 20 year old middle school level language rules bro
