New wife is a bit too affectionate… I have been married for 4 months. We are both Hausa raised in Abuja. However my wife is very very affectionate to the point that it is a bit suffocating. When I come home from work and she's at home she runs over to me and hugs and kisses me. Then a lot of the time she'll want to sit on my lap while I eat dinner and feed me my dinner as well. Then after that she wants to cuddle if we watch Netflix/TV then cuddle every night while we sleep. She'll also tell me she loves me like 5 times a day. She is very sweet don't get me wrong but all the affection is not something I'm used to. It can be a bit much sometimes & it almost comes off as childish. The other day she asked if I could rest my head on her lap so she could give me a head massage. It felt nice then she bent down and tried to kiss me all over my face and that's when I got up be it was just way too much. She looked a bit hurt which I felt bad about. How do I tell her to tone things down without hurting her feelings?

I was at the Abuja National Mosque for Maghrib prayer today, and a baby started crying even before the prayer began. The crying continued throughout the entire prayer until we finished.
Honestly, mothers with young children should reconsider bringing them to the mosque if they know the child is likely to cry a lot, because it can be very distracting for other people trying to concentrate in prayer.
Since going to the mosque is not compulsory for women.
Before you call me names, I’m a mother of 2, so I know what being a mother is.

The window of my room is like TV to me😂A small boy of about 10 was talking to a girl about his age. I don't know what happened, but he picked up a huge cane and started flogging the girl all over until the cane broke, the girl was just crying. Then a group of older boys passed by, saw him, and shouted, “Kai! Kai! Me tayi maka?” Before he could talk, one of them picked up a similar cane and gave him a hard whip! He added three more whips😂.
Next, the boy rushed to punch the girl, but the boys caught him, held his legs and hands, gave the girl a cane, and told her to beat him. Girl gathered all of her strength, gave him several lashes and they told her to run. They didn’t release him until she ran away😂😂
