Wrong. Those aren't Arctic capable icebreakers. Canada has no Polar Class 1 or 2 heavy icebreakers, which are Arctic capable, although two Polar Class 2 icebreakers are being built. The only heavy icebreaker Canada currently has that is capable of fringe Arctic work is the Louis St. Laurent that wss built in 1960.
