I had my appraisal with my employer yesterday after 3 months of working with the company.
She said I am punctual to meetings, I do my tasks efficiently, I respond speedily and I over communicate.😂
The only problem she has with me is that I am able to manage the people who got into the company via my recommendation but she sees I still struggle to manage the people I met in the company.
I acknowledged her concerns and I explained why it was so. I already made a promise and shared how I'll manage them without feeling awkward about it.
It was a good appraisal if you ask me.

You only really need to master one platform in a niche (Web Design, CRM, UI/UX, etc.) to gain serious leverage.
Once you understand one, you’ll realize every other platform in that niche runs on the same core concepts, just with extra features or added complexity.
They all behave the same, revolve around the same logic, and only differ in how far they let you go with it.
So if you’re stuck thinking, “Where do I even start?”
Start with the most basic platform.
Master it.
The rest will come easy.
It worked for me with Make, Zapier, n8n.
Worked again with Airtable, Notion, Monday.
It can work for you too.
