HCD is proud to partner with the Tejano Center on two amazing projects. Sunrise Lofts: 89-unit permanent housing for vulnerable young adults, including those aging out of foster care. OST Lofts: 135-unit mixed-income housing for individuals & families earning 30-60% AMI.
