I genuinely love companies that care even after the sale is done or you are onboarded. It is very rare. @Razorpay is one such company. Every time we raise a ticket, the team follows up, checks if things are resolved, and makes sure we are actually satisfied. We recently got onboarded to their payroll software, and the experience was again incredible. Nitesh and team made the entire process super smooth. Last month we opened a new razorpay account moving our account from sole proprietorship to private limited. The migration of rates and all was taken care, and the support again 👏🏻 Great product is one thing. Great support is what builds long-term trust. Keep up the amazing work, team @Razorpay. Kudos @harshilmathur and management.

@harshilmathur @Razorpay Can you ask this team to add a feature to export payment and settlement recon reports for last financial year? Even custom date range does not allow more than 95 days.

Few months ago, I set up a small AI hacker team at @Razorpay 2 people. Today, they are 100x builders. With AI, people aren’t the constraint. Org structure is. So now I’m scaling this. If you’ve spent the last few months deep in Claude Code / OpenClaw / agents (or anything similar) and feel like you’ve seen the future - this is for you. What you’ll do: Review workflows. Rebuild them with AI. Ship fast. Perks: • Unlimited tokens. Any model. Any tool. • Real problems at massive scale • No hierarchy. Direct access across the org No compensation ceiling. Pay scales with output, not title. Outperform the org, out-earn it. No resume. Send me what you’ve built with AI. (Form below) Bangalore | Full-time | Builders only.

Continuing from our previous launches on cross-border payments, happy to announce that @Razorpay has become India’s first Payment Aggregator to enable card-based wallet payments through @GooglePay for international transactions. With Apple Pay, local payment instruments like Trustly, Poli, Giro, Sofort, and local currency accounts of USD, EUR, AED, AUD and 10 others, we are able to help businesses accept payments from across the world with significantly better success rates. Now, with Google Pay added to the list, it helps combat fraud plus further reduces friction for customers to enter card details and CVV. India is on a path to $2T in exports by 2030 and Razorpay is playing its part in making that journey a whole lot easier for businesses.

300M+ people outside India already use Google Pay. That’s what “familiar” looks like at checkout. And that’s exactly where cross-border conversions break because checkouts don’t feel trusted. Today, that changes 👇 After enabling Apple Pay last year, @Razorpay is now the first Payment Aggregator in India to enable card payments via @GooglePay for international transactions. Together, this unlocks 1B+ global users to pay using instruments they already use daily. Show up with what your global customers already trust. Or keep lose them at checkout.

@SandeepHegde @harshilmathur @Razorpay @SandeepHegde thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand exporting these reports for longer durations is important, and the current 95-day limit isn’t ideal. We’re working on enabling larger date ranges and improving this experience. Will keep you posted as we roll this out.

A friend of mine used to say: “Show up on time, with a good attitude, and do what you said you’d do. That’s it. That’s 90% of winning in life." The older I get, the more I realize just how right he was.

We didn’t show everything at FTX. We ran out of stage time. Over the last year, the team shipped 100+ products. So we built @Razorpay Sprint 26: razorpay.com/sprint/26 It’s one of the most fun, detailed, and interactive pages we’ve ever built. (there are a few Easter eggs in there 👀) Covers: • Localised checkout for international payments • Omnichannel platform • Marketing stack • AI payroll assistant • And a lot more

Great news to start off the new financial year. @Razorpay is now embedded natively inside @OpenAI’s Codex, an industry-first for any Indian payments company. A developer prompts "build me a fitness app with a ₹499 one-time payment." Codex builds it. Razorpay handles the payments. No separate integration, no dashboard-hopping. If AI makes creation effortless, monetisation should be just as simple. India has 6 million developers & weekly Indian users of Codex 4x'd in two weeks this February. We’re building for this shift where more people can create, launch, and earn without friction. We have always enabled businesses so that their payments are smoother, easier, simpler & faster and Codex just got added to that already illustrious list.

AI made building insanely fast. Monetisation still takes lot of steps. So we fixed that. @Razorpay × @OpenAI is now live - an first of it's kind collaboration, continuing our partnership with OpenAI. Now you can build your app and integrate payments in the same prompt on Codex. And manage everything via the official Razorpay app on @ChatGPTapp just by asking. This is what day-one revenue looks like in the AI era.

Net effect: the learning curve for businesses goes down to ~zero. You don’t learn the @Razorpay dashboard—you just ask.
Harshil Mathur@harshilmathur

Lot of debates on this shift. Sharing our learnings from building @Razorpay's AI-first dashboard. <5% of B2B users open a dashboard to explore - most come with a question, but spend time figuring out how to get the answer. AI-first flips this: just ask for what you need. We’re starting with a middle path: – chat as primary – common actions below Still beta (opt-in), with ability to switch back. Ultimately, users decide what sticks.

🧵/ 2025 was a defining year for Indian ecosystem with ~3L companies getting registered; and ~40K+ startups registering with DPIIT in a single year; highest ever. Whenever any founder starts: they have one question - "Where and how do I even start with just an idea?" We are launching Startup Sahayak to exactly help with this.

Every decade, the interface to commerce changes. Web → Apps → ? The next shift might be simpler than we think: Conversation. @Razorpay's partnership with @SarvamAI is a step in that direction.

our customers are going to be sooo happy when this goes live if you have issues with building a razorpay integration, follow their TSP method - no more copy-paste hell, merchants just do a one-time OAuth, Spur handles the rest - well documented, the whole team explained me how it works end to end, tested it out as well after the call - only issue was my account was nerfed, they had to fix a few things for me to see the screen to make oauth apps big shoutout to @khilanharia for stepping in & acting on feedback, thanks a ton guys! he also told me about some things in beta that we'd love to adopt soon

so razorpay would - launch agentic payments - create a whole new payroll platform - acquire companies left right center but will not give an API to developers to register webhooks like stripe even with the more PG fees, i still prefer stripe because it focuses on builders & operators
