The RTE 'Entertainment dosser' tweeting in a personal capacity. Partial to telly, movies, football club part ownership and a decent tune or racket.

@OdohertyI64991 @marie_sherlock Im angry, but the number of women in the Dáil is most certainly not of my angry list! I would have thought Sherlock would have something more intelligent to post.? Perhaps this type of post appeals to her audience? Anyway, we have far bigger issues in this country.

A Chara Visit my website to learn more about me and my campaign adeforseanad.ie Let us not forget that the Trinity Seanad Panel was originally designed to amplify minority voices. By electing me, you are bringing Trinity Seanad back to its roots. It is time for purpose to meet action! It couldn't be more timely as this is the final Trinity Seanad Election. It is not just election; it is legacy. By helping me claim a seat, you will be making history. Please see my video below. I am running for the Trinity Seanad because I firmly believe that Ireland’s greatest strength lies in its people—their motivation, resilience, charity, diversity, and innovation. Together, we can harness these qualities to build a brighter future for our country. My professional experience has prepared me to deliver on four key priorities and serve effectively as your senator. Here’s how: As a mother, a passionate advocate for education, and an academic, I understand the challenges facing third-level institutions firsthand. My work with researchers, educators, and policymakers has equipped me to champion increased funding for higher education, ensuring our universities remain globally competitive. Additionally, through my pro bono work with The Irish Cancer Society and other charitable organisations in disadvantaged communities such as Ballymun, Corduff, Blakestown, Ballyfermot and Crumlin, I have developed a deep understanding of how to engage with vulnerable groups. This experience enables me to collaboratively design and support inclusive education programs tailored to unmet needs. By working together, we can create an inclusive education system where research and innovation thrive, unlocking opportunities for future generations. I invite you to watch the video below to learn more about my vision and priorities. Visit my website adeforseanad.ie, to see further details about my priorities. I would be honoured as your choice for No 1. Together, we can enable a progressive and dynamic Ireland, in keeping with the values that we hold very dear as Irish people and to ensure that Trinity’s unique legacy continues to serve as a beacon of inclusion, education, and innovation.
