@brave I used to love Brave but now I am trying to switch to Firefox due to the HORRIBLE performance on YouTube, turning off shields doesn't work, having latest update only helps for short time.

When we say that we put users first, that means: - No annoying ads and pop-ups - Privacy - Websites that load quickly - Useful search results, not spam - Features you can turn off if you don't want them This should be the standard for every browser and search engine!

@sorbusCobPhiil @brave Filter doesnt matter since shields off doesnt change anything (inc other extensions), I don't sign in to yt ever on this, clearing cache/cookies doesnt work, private window/guest profile doesnt work

@temipof @brave Do you update the filters? You can try deleting also the cookies and web cache, then return and sign in to check if ads disappear

Some people don't get the problems with age verification Face scans are inaccurate and a huge privacy risk, especially for kids. With other companies having data leaks before, this WILL eventually expose childrens information
