i study health psychology and literally got an neurodivergency assessment yesterday. this would be incredibly expensive and time consuming. what they try to do right now is evaluate kids when they see symptoms in so they can be prioritized but unfortunately there is not enough education about neurodivergency in women or POC so a lot of people go missed

serious question, why don't we screen all kids for dyslexia, adhd, and autism when they start primary school?
