Whoever created, promotes and shares that AI video is going to cause irreparable damage to this fandom as well as other fandoms, future and present, because now production companies and actors are going to look at fanworks in a negative light. Congrats. Was it worth it?

But how is that a route, you may ask? They own the copyright of those characters and those scenes, you have now altered them to inaccurately portray the character and scene without the explicit consent of the owner without adjusting enough to be indistinguishable from the real.

To add onto the AI talk in fanworks that is—at this point—a dead horse because it seems we have this conversation every other week. By creating those AI generated videos, you have now given ABC a route to go after fan artists and fanworks for copyright infringement.
