@TempurUK Hi 👋 i’ve spent 2 nights on our my Tempur Original Elite mattress last night. I’ve had the most terrible sleep. It’s much firmer than the one we tried in store. Will it get softer? How long will it take to get used to it? I have fibromyalgia so this is hell #tempur

People do not spend your hard earned money on substandard products only to be ignored when it fails. Tempur is no so premium as I thought. Just a warning!

Imagine having a product that comes with 3 years warranty and the supplier and manufacturer choose to do nothing to remedy the problem of replacing substandard pillows. @TempurUK and @prestigebeds manufacturer and supplier. @newleasemusic

Disgraceful unprofessional behaviour from @prestigebeds and I’ll go as far as saying @TempurUK are too. I’ve raised a genuine concern regarding their overpriced crap pillows and they choose to ghost me. @DivideBuy how do I return this order?
