@DivideBuy I have tried exactly this. I'm just going round in circles with your company. Nobody addresses anything. You just keep sending me to the webpage or contact us, but contact is never made. Your chatbot cannot sort out the problem.

@DivideBuy I am trying to speak to a person at your credit lending office. It is not possible to do this through Chatbot. I have only received an automated reply to my email, which has clearly ignored ANY information submitted to you. I think this is appalling service.

DO NOT buy a @emmamattress or use @DivideBuy my mattress was faulty after 3 years which emma collected the mattress and said they would issue a refund. This was 5 weeks ago now @DivideBuy not giving my refund due to liquidation of the company they bought out. #joke
