@wiseguyinsider @nflrums Yeah PI seems like the big issue here, but I guess the key thing is what are the current stats on 4th and 20-ish conversions, vs. the successful onside kick percentages.

RULE CHANGE:
The #NFL will consider replacing the onside kick with an alternative proposal that has been mentioned in years past. Instead of attempting an onside kick, teams would get one down to convert a 4th-and-20, and if they get 20 yards, then they would maintain possession of the ball.

@JustinM_NFL Was a little confused about the job description bruhaha to begin with - don't all GMs have someone that can trump their decisions if needed - the owner? I mean if there's an argument about who to draft, surely every GM has to go along with the owner if they state a pref.

Sources: The NFL has reviewed the description of Titans GM position and the two sides have agreed that the vacant position will be the primary football executive post. Non-GMs cannot be blocked by their current teams from accepting interview requests.

@Canadian_Titan Racism exists but it definitely gets amplified online. Followed the Titans all of my life and have lived in Tennessee all my life. I don’t think the fan base as a whole has anything out for black quarterbacks. Sounds like paranoia.

@Jwall1201 @JustinM_NFL They could do both. Sign the best bet they can get and draft a project high as well. I mean if I think my job will be on the line year 2, I want options. And if vet gets you 6 wins, you aren’t drafting high in 26.

@JustinM_NFL I don't disagree with you. They will sign a vet like darnold relay on him to do what he did this year witch i don't think he will or cousins to bounce back and I'm not sure he will be the same ever again specially with turning 38 by the time the season starts so we will be stuck

The #Titans are promoting rookie WR Bryce Oliver to the active 53-man roster from the practice squad, a source said. Oliver recorded 8 receptions in the preseason for 90 yards and 2 TDs.

@JustinM_NFL @Titan_Sized Higgens has had a desire to be here, but if we are in "about to draft a QB" mode in the agency period - he may re-think. You don't know for sure what the situation will be with new QB, and it will be a franchise with big ? marks on when and if things improve.

@JustinM_NFL Yep - a mistake though. Levis a ?, a pretty certain, dependable backup - but a backup - an extra young QB would have been wise. Wish NFL teams could just keep 3 QBs without roster tradeoff - league play would benefit over time.
