I often forget how to exit interactive CLI utilities like `psql`, for example. I may type `exit` or `bye` etc. Some utilities recognize I am trying to exit, and they go like, "Did you mean \q?". And I am like "Why don't you just exit since you got my intention mate?" 😅

Context: I'm on a missoin to rely less on Google services. My biggest use case for Google Maps was car navigation. Flitsmeister has fully replaced that use case. flitsmeister.com

@ste_fun_or_fun Αλλαγή password 👉 χρειάζεται χρεωστική που δεν έχω, οπότε πρέπει για άλλη μια φορά να πάρω τηλέφωνο 🤦‍♂️

We won a bid for a house in the Netherlands! This is officially the end of my nomad live. Travel the world is fun and life changing, but it's not sustainable long term. Now with kid and wife, priorities have shifted.

@GergelyOrosz When firings started, I monitored how glassdoor reacting to these negative comments: - Some of them removed - A lot of reviews actually get moved from front page, and they do so almost immediately. Zero trust to glassdoor after seeing this with my own eyes.

Getting a lot of details (many off record) on how HR teams at several companies are given the goal to improve the Glassdoor rating to a given score. So they do. A mix of paying Glassdoor, posting fake 5-star reviews & flagging 1-star ones for Glassdoor to (hopefully) remove.

@JimAndrakakis Το είχα τσεκάρει και πριν και μετά. Η Ολλανδία ζητούσε και ζητά να απαρνηθείς την προηγούμενη υπηκοότητα. Είχε μια λίστα με εξαιρέσεις και η Ελλάδα ήταν μέσα μέχρι πριν κανένα χρόνο, γιατί δεν προβλεπόταν απάρνηση ελληνικής υπηκοότητας. Αυτό άλλαξε. Ποιος ευθύνεται, δεν ξέρω...

@JimAndrakakis Από τον Μάρτιο του 2022 (ή 2021;) ξεκίνησε να ισχύει αυτό. Παλιότερα δεν γινόταν να απαρνηθείς την ελληνική υπηκοότητα αν θυμάμαι καλά και η Ελλάδα ήταν στις εξαιρέσεις. Τώρα πλέον όχι.
