imma take a wild guess— i think it’s due to the fact that ppl will often see how another presents themselves & be locked into a belief that they should be doing xyz but once they find out You don’t wanna do xyz (ie, interacting with a fandom in this case) they get upset because it’s out of their “norm” & their brain is wired to only respect said “norm” due to instinct & will be “bothered” at the end of the day ya can’t make everyone happy & a Lot of people despise me due to out of the norm i am 😭😭😭 i mute & move on (or block if they’re being ableist) sorry for being wordy i love analyzing how the human mind works \\\\
