@Voltolly I fully agree, its most of the times the managers of the consultants which over/underestimate + the yappers. Thats also one of the reasons besides pay that there is high fluctuation in those companies.

@teriiiix To be fair, it’s also a problem with the account leads - I feel like they often tend to overpromise and misjudge the complexity of a project, so there isn’t much to do for those who actually need to do the development

Consultancy is such a toxic snowflake and ratty environment to work in where your ability to yap has the highest significance and completely overshadows your actual hard skills

@teriiiix 3 minutes a day at about 0-1 degrees C. I did 10 minutes this morning because I wanted to feel pain 🤣 You should definitely get into it, you seem like the kinda person who would benefit and could stick to the discipline.

It’s been like 5 months since I built this ice bath. Used it every day bar a couple weeks where I was too injured to get in. I’m confident it has significantly improved my life.
