@thethiny My back 2 towers reset at :42 and :39 does the time change or is my game just glitched 😹

We can finally confirm the Floyd Tower requirements based on community feedback: - You must encounter floyd at least once before the tower - Floyd Tower spawns ONCE every FOUR hours at the 37th minute. Not sure if you need to play a tower first but everyone who got him did.

The most common time of appearance was 13:37 which stands for LEET as @interloko pointed out.
