it was just scary cuz at first i thought it was my pneumonia flaring up again but thankfully i was never really in pain the entire time, but we'll see

im like 90% back like im fine but still having to focus on breathing, but man that was like the scariest 2-3 hours of my life (yes it lasted that long). i dont even know what triggered it cuz these past couple of nights i was sleeping great and then boom

had what i assume was a panic attack for the first time last night.....was so scary
