If Vrabel’s job is to “only win football games” then why is there a league-wide conduct policy?
Because they are among the faces of the league and the NFL wants there to be some type of standard.
The league doesn’t always follow its standard but they have one and it’s pretty iron clad

Two things: 1. Mike Vrabel’s job shouldn’t be in remote jeopardy over this. 2. Dianna Russini can no longer work as a “reporter.” She can do sports media, but it will 100% have to be as an opinion person. She may, or may not, be good at that. I have no idea.
