My copy of "In the Mouth of Madness" from @terror_vision sounds awful (See attached video).I've emailed them 3 times to see if there was a problem with this pressing or if was just a bad copy. I'm not sure why they haven't emailed me back. Does anyone else's copy sound like this?

@ilovejohncarpen @Kuroneekoh it's all good. I have zero issue with you or @Kuroneekoh I just think his blanket statement of *this company sucks* is classic 2026 internet attitude and since I'm not amazon, I don't have to take it. That's the joy of a small business.

@terror_vision I wasn't aware you were that small! I love the packaging and the music, and I am glad this is finally available on vinyl. But the hiss is overhwhelming during the music as well. Should I email her again? Thanks.

@ilovejohncarpen A hiss when there's no music playing doesn't seem like an issue to me personally. During album play, obviously that would be annoying. But regardless, if you're unhappy we can swap. Alayna will respond when she gets to your email. We're a company of 2, so things take time

@terror_vision Yes. The hiss. It's VERY loud. No other new score I have (from other companies) sounds like this. I assume then it's just my copy? Surely with this hiss it didn't pass insection, right? I emailed alayna@graveface.com twice and never heard back.

@HorrorHardOn I've instructed Alayna to just plow through the 5000+ preorders we have instead of doing emails this week. Anything I can assist with? If nothing pressing, she'll be back on customer service next week

@soundofcomics UHD/packaging/book etc are all done for SB. Just waiting on remade BDs as the 1st batch was corrupt. GB2 we ended up finding additional footage for in Jan & that was just edited in & now is in authoring. A nice treat for folks since it’s taken forever! Announcement on that soon
