@terrornothorror there is no harm reduction for tranq. the only risk that can be mitigated with tranq is fent mixing, and narcan was already addressed in the show meaning kiki most likely has access to it. continued use will kill. lessened xylazine use still kills, and not meaningfully slower.

none of mckay’s dialogue in the scene with kiki having to do with harm reduction feels like a miss
