The Northern Lights were out tonight in Tromsø 😀

We are on a two week cruise to Norway and the Artic circle for my 60th Birthday. One of the best experiences in my life.

Lots to be pleased about in Wales’ performance - commitment immense. Cards cost us a bit but NZ always in control. Next 3 games are as tough as they come but I think it’s reasonable to target Italy + Scotland come 6N.

Travelled over the bridge today to New Milton RFC 🏉 Done some work with Juniors + Youth on Kicking Skills. Then worked with the seniors kickers and delivered a 40 min on Skills, Desicion Making + Conditioning Games. Both groups were outstanding, Great setup up and club 👏

@JiffyRugby @simonrug This sad situation goes back years as LRZ has highlighted to us. We lost some great young naturally talented players that were not managed and were discarded because they wanted to better themselves elsewhere,they weren’t the right size,because they didn’t train a certain way

@simonrug Hope you enjoyed oasis👍wales and welsh rugby are in real trouble. No set piece and no flair,skill or game understanding. No one plays what’s in front of them or instinct. What are they actually doing at these long training days!!!! Desperate watching.

The first couple of Lions games in Australia I'll be on a family holiday in Crete 🇬🇷 With the time difference, it will be a 1pm kick-off time for me out there. That's perfect lunchtime, with some ice-cold beers watching the games. Perfect planning on my behalf, i must say. 🦁👏

Come off the bench onto the right wing that night, marking Lomu 👍 Pants went straight in the 🗑 after the game 👌 thank god he didn't have a run at me. In saying that, it was a pleasure to be on the pitch with King Carlos, Lomu, and Walter Little 👏

@NewportRFC Absolutely great guy. He was my old teacher as well in St Illtyds. He use to laugh when we use to ask for his autograph when Newport played Cardiff. RIP SIR

The club is saddened to hear of the death of former player Neil Brown. Neil played over 100 games for the club in the 1970s, which included the 1977 team who beat Cardiff in the Welsh Cup Final. We send our condolences to Neil’s wife, children, family and friends.
