We must pray against the spirit of hate gripping our nation and world. We must also make sure we are not empowering it.

Be a life speaker. Speak life into the people around you. Speaking life does not always mean agreement. We must learn how to disagree in a life giving manner.

God never intended local churches to become ministry prisons. Minister beyond the church campus!

Our demeanor continually sends a signal regarding our openness for constructive feedback. It’s simply red, yellow or green. No reason to overcomplicate the issue.

Feedback or setback? A leader who is not open for constructive feedback is inviting setback.
