@spoonfulofhan @tigerfly22 i do EMDR virtually without the eye component! i close my eyes and listen to the sound going back and forth. not sure if the sound would also be a trigger?

3 months ago i switched my care from my PCP to a psych, my PCP would let me stockpile meds, switch my dose immdiately w/o making me finish the rest, etc. now my new psych does none of that & i burned through my extras the last 2 weeks 🫠🫠🫠

my pharmacy won’t even let me get the medication i take twice daily that keeps me alive a day early, they’re not going to freely dispense a few extra months “just in case”
