Tesla released a load management Remote Meter for Wall Connectors in the Tesla Shop for $210.
The device plugs into your electrical panel, and the Wall Connector continuously receives data from the meter. It ramps the charge rate up or down in real time, maximizing speed when power is available and reducing it when household loads are high to prevent overloads.
This would be a game changer for people who need it.

Tesla released a pretty cool product called the Remote Meter. It enables "Dynamic Power Management" It lets your Wall Connector automatically slow down or speed up charging depending on what else is running in your house. Super useful if your electrical panel is limited or you don’t want to pay for a big upgrade. This opens home charging to a lot more owners who thought it wasn’t possible. Tesla’s documentation gives a perfect example: “When your home is using more power—for example, when you have a dryer and a water heater running—your vehicle will charge more slowly. But when your home is using less power—for example, at night—your vehicle will charge more quickly.” Pretty clever device.

It's true. My neighbor is a police officer, he bought a Model 3 after I showed him FSD. He didn't buy it because it's electric, but because it can take him home safely after an 18 hour shift, has incredible performance, and is cheaper to operate than a gas car.
Yesterday he told me 5 other officers in his department have bought Teslas in the 10 months since he got his, after taking them on rides and talking about how much he loves it.
Best car, period.

【真面目に『キャンプブーム終了』に思うところ】
結局のところ、キャンプ界隈のメディアは仕事として金銭が動く以上「キャンプ道具が売れるか」「市場が伸びるか」を軸にして語りがちです。
そのため「キャンプ道具が売れるブームの終了」＝「キャンプブームの終了」と捉えたい、あるいは本気でそう考えているのかもしれないですが、実際には「キャンプをする人のブーム」と「キャンプ道具が売れるブーム」は性質も段階も違います。
この二つは分けて考える必要があると思うんです。
今でもキャンプ場は全盛期ほどではないにせよ十分に賑わっています。
何より新しいキャンプ道具を買わなくてもいくらでもキャンプは出来ます。
つまり「キャンプ道具が売れるブーム」のおかげでキャンプ道具が行き渡り、今はそれが落ち着き、そして「キャンプをする人のブーム」はそのまま定着し、文化として根付き始めているのではないだろうか。
何が言いたいかというとそれらを一緒くたにして「終了終了」言っていたら盛り上がるものも盛り上がらなくなります。
そろそろ「キャンプ道具ブーム」と「キャンプブーム」を分けて考えませんか？
