YOUR GUT IS BEGGING FOR FERMENTED FOOD Not a supplement. Not a capsule. Not a powder from Instagram. Real food. The bacteria in your gut need to be fed. And the best food for them is what your grandmother already had in her kitchen. Iru. Ogiri. Dawadawa. Locust beans. Fermented for days. Alive. Full of beneficial bacteria that support the gut lining, reduce inflammation, and help restore balance after antibiotics and processed food. These are not exotic health foods. They are traditional foods that were pushed aside when artificial seasoning cubes took over the kitchen. For those outside Nigeria, the options look different but the principle stays the same. Unsweetened yoghurt. Sauerkraut. Kimchi. Kefir. Fermented. Active. Alive. You do not need to eat large amounts. You just need to stop eating none. Start with one. Stay consistent. Your gut will respond before you even realise it. And if you want to build your meals in a way that supports your gut properly and consistently, send me a message on WhatsApp (+2349118909688) for a well-structured meal plan that helps you do it right.

A man after much thought decides to start a family. His own family. Approaches a woman he believes would consider and accept to build a home with him. The woman pleads to be given some time to think about the offer. It is believed that before any woman accepts man's hand in marriage, she must have had to some extent, ideas about home building and responsibilities involved. Part of the major responsibility in home building is that the partners involved, pull their resources towards achieving one goal, which is creating a progressive family where love, steadfastness and discipline are upheld. Any of the partners that thinks otherwise, is simply suffering from self illusion.

I was stuck at 6 followers on X for 2 years. 2 whole years. I posted randomly. Disappeared for weeks. Showed up without direction. Then last month, I decided to become intentional here. I started showing up consistently. I paid attention to my hooks. I stopped posting just to post. I started writing with people in mind. And look where we are now. What does this tell you? Growth is not always about time. Sometimes, it’s about strategy. Sometimes, it’s about consistency. Sometimes, it’s about finally taking yourself seriously. Happy weekend, fam.

Moulding Yourself: The Simple Rudiments That Shape Your Entire Life selar.com/t147s11778 Moulding Yourself is the book that shapes your ideology. It awakens the power that guides you towards questioning ideas and beliefs you have upheld for long, even when they lack a life long credibility and absolutely promote human well-being. What you listen to, internalize and put to action, determines who you are. This book alerts your mind the need to be the master of what goes in and out of you.

i dont think people talk enough about what its like to believe in God and still feel completely abandoned by Him. like imagine praying every night for years asking for help, for comfort, for a sign, for literally anything and life just keeps getting worse. there were nights i prayed so hard for Him to save me. genuinely save me. and there were other nights i begged Him because I couldnt take it anymore. neither happened.

What helps to improve sexual satisfaction among couples that have gone through vaginal child birth, is not limited to surgical repair of the vaginal opening. Artificial narrowing of the vaginal opening with the intention of increasing sexual pleasure may be helpful. However ,it does not improve the strength of the pelvic floor muscles, which can only be achieved through pelvic exercises. Good pelvic exercises not only help to improve sexual pleasure, but also prevent complications associated with weak pelvic floor muscles including ,prolapse of the uterus or bladder. They may also help to reduce vaginal air trapping, which can produce uncomfortable sound when the individual makes certain movement. One method of doing a pelvic exercise is pouring water into a container while trying to hold the urge to urinate briefly. Doing this, intensifies the urge which you must continue to hold for few minutes before you finally urinate. Another way is trying to stop the flow of urine midway when urinating. Hold the urine for a few second, and then continue. This can be repeated several times. Doing these exercises repeatedly and consistently for several months can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

I did not marry at 19years because i wanted to, my parents arranged it. At first, I was scared. I didn’t know how to love a man I didn’t choose. But as time passed, love grew. We spent 23 years together. He was sick for 15 of those years, and in 2000, he passed away. We had three beautiful kids, and I adopted five more. One of them died, so now I have seven. I never remarried. I wanted to stay with my children and raise them well. Today, people take too long fixing themselves, yet marriages don’t last. In our time, our parents chose for us, and we stayed committed. I’ve told my children never to think of divorce. I raised my daughters to be respectful and my sons to be responsible. That’s how I built a strong home through hardship, love, respect and sacrifice. ~ Patience Ozokwor ❤️ Do you think her advice can work in this generation?

Don’t stop praying. Not when it’s hard. Not when you don’t see the answer yet. Not when the silence feels loud. There is power in every whispered prayer, every tear, every moment you choose to keep believing. As we participate in National Day of Prayer today, let this be your reminder—He hears you. He’s working. What are you praying for right now? 🙏

@Wizarab10 The heart of human sometimes desires what is more delusional than what is real. Often times, people look down on those that are ready to die for them, and chase those that are ready to deceive them. It is the heart tricks. What you desire comes through undesired package.

Wait, some of you have never been actually loved? I mean someone liking you for how you make them feel. You consume their being and their thought and the memories you share together are what keeps them through the day? It is sad. The monetizarion you people are doing is not love.

@Ayoelesho Will there be a time when two persons in a relationship can sit, have a conversation, highlighting the shortcomings of each other and discuss way forward that can make the relationship better? Or people just quit and jump to the next person?

My guy broke up with his babe sometime last year. The girl seemed cool and I wasn't aware of any problems that justified a breakup. I asked him why and he said he would tell me later. After a few weeks, he got a new babe. He randomly called me yesterday and we got talking. Apparently, a few months after he started dating his ex, he invested some money in a business and his business partners connived with one another to steal money from him. This affected his ability to supply the goods he had been paid to deliver and his customers started threatening to arrest him. They gave him a week's ultimatum and he started running around, taking loans and doing everything he could to either deliver or pay the money back. He told me that every night when he got home tired and worried, he would explain to his girlfriend on the phone what he went through the whole day to get money, but he never asked or expected her to support him financially because she didn't have any money of her own. Before the end of the ultimatum, he was able to source the money after borrowing from family and friends and he settled the issue with his customers. After he told his girlfriend this, she asked him for some money to sort her personal stuff, even though she knew he was in debt and his business was in trouble. He said he lost all attraction for her and knew he couldn't marry her. He broke up with her two months later even though he actually loved her. He then told me about his new babe. He said he had promised to buy her some stuff but he didn't make as much profit as he anticipated. When he told her and expected the kind of reaction he would have gotten from his ex, this babe told him that he shouldn't worry about it and that he could buy those things when he had money. She also came to his place to cook and told him that the cost of cooking from yesterday till Sunday was on her. She said she just wanted to ease his burden. He told me that he had never met a girl like her and was quite emotional on the call. That random call was to tell me that he had found his wife.
