Recently one of my employee’s has a toxic attitude. And I’m afraid I’m going to have to cut ties with him. This is the second time in two weeks he’s pitched a fit and spun gravel on his way out of work Three years he has been with me but recently, he’s discontent working more than 7-8hrs a day. My understanding is his wife is the bread winner (majority at least) and he doesn’t exactly need to work. Awesome for him! I’m jealous. But I can’t justify owning a $250,000 truck for him to only drive it 7-8hrs a day when I could utilize it 10-12hrs day with any other driver. I’ve proposed having him work four 10hr shifts instead or three 12hr shifts. And he just flat out doesn’t want to do it.
