$BTC entered weekend liquidity. For this weekend I don't expect much due to weak weekend volume. My plan for next week is clear though, best case scenario we take out the monthly open in the next weekly candle. For quality trades next week, I'm looking at the following triggers. During the weekend we'll probably continue the chop within the current range. Hopefully, like we've seen many weeks, we'll get a scam-pump on Sunday so we can look for shorts early in the week. With the weak ~$87,600 monthly open as final target. I drew a diagonal line left in the chart, that's all buy-side liquidity from shorts. Would be nice to sweep those and wait for a MSB to execute shorts. If Bitcoin manages to take out the current ~$94,700 weekly high, it's simply waiting for a quality MSB again for shorts. If we gain key ~$96,500 resistance next week, it'd be a very strong sign and my bearish thesis to take out the monthly open is invalidated. Time to enjoy the weekend.

Did anyone else catch this perfect bounce off the $ZCash crash? Took the long because price was pressing the lower Bollinger Band after an extended selloff — clear volatility expansion + exhaustion. I was fading downside momentum, not chasing a trend. RSI was oversold (~30) and curling up, telling me selling pressure was weakening before price flipped. Entered on the momentum shift, not the confirmation. Best longs in strong intraday downtrends come from lower-band rejections, not breakouts.

The market doesn’t test you by going against you. It tests you by tempting you to fight it. If a rally feels convincing but dies fast, that’s not betrayal, that’s confirmation of the trend continuation.

In trending markets, indicators do not signal reversals. Structure does. RSI > 70 in a strong trend is a condition of strength, not excess. Momentum can slow while control remains intact. Professional shorts are initiated only after: • A prior higher low is broken • The reclaim fails • Downside momentum expands, not merely fades Until structure breaks, pullbacks are continuation events, not topping signals. Markets do not reverse because they are “overbought.” They reverse when control changes hands. Trade structure. Respect regime. Do not open a short into strength, wait for weakness to reveal its hand, the cards will be clear. From Friday to Sunday Bitcoin and others have been ripping, we find out in the morning if institutions continue their dumping of the highs or if this will be a new bullish trend.
