@cramforce Interesting insight, Malte! How do you identify the different types of decisions (easy/hard to fix) in an organisation - how do you make the team sensitive to them? Any advice?

As I'm reflecting work at Google and Vercel one interesting tidbit is that at Vercel we've been learning the hard way that not all decisions are considered equal. Some are easy to fix (just push another commit), some are hard to ever undo. You cannot use the same process for both. Google on the other hand has never internalized this. There is a lot of launch bureaucracy but ultimately all decisions are made the same way based on some 1-dimensional classification of impact. Respectively, there is both too much scrutiny for things that are easy to undo, and too little for the hard kind (see @killedbygoogle)
