How good is this? 1 week ago fractured neck of femur. Now walking to the day room and playing piano. Brilliant orthopaedic management all round 👏 @Airedaleahps @AiredaleNHSFT consent gained.

Treat it right by moving and or lifting things everyday for as little as 20 minutes its better than nothing 💪 use it and make this incredible structure stronger
